    The current configuration of the mobile menu does not support the mega menu functionality, as it is not suitable for display on mobile devices. Therefore, we kindly ask you to create a separate Mobile Menu. Please go to Appearance > Menus > create a new menu, then go to Header Builder > Mobile menu settings > select the menu.

    To change the price of each individual product, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Go to Products and select the product you wish to edit.
    3. Scroll down to the Product Data section.
    4. Ensure that the product type is set to “Simple Product” or “Variable Product” depending on your needs.
    5. Under the “General” tab within the Product Data section, you will find the “Regular Price” and “Sale Price” fields.
    6. Enter your desired price and click the “Update” button to save the changes.

    If you are unable to see the Product Data section or the price fields, please make sure that your screen options (top right corner of the page) have the necessary boxes checked.

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).

After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
