    If you have 2 builders activated, the settings from the new one (Elementor) will have higher priority.

    To display product ratings on your website using the XStore theme, please ensure that the following settings are correctly configured:

    1. Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General, and make sure the “Enable product reviews” option is checked.
    2. Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Single Product and confirm that the “Show product rating” option is enabled.
    3. Also, verify that your products have received reviews with ratings. Ratings will only appear if a review includes a star rating.

    If you have confirmed all the above and the ratings are still not visible, please provide us with a temporary admin access via the Private Content area so we can further investigate the issue directly on your site.

    If you are using a third-party filter plugin, verify that it is configured to display filters on category pages and that no restrictions are applied.

    It is possible that the cause of this is related to cached data.
    We kindly recommend clearing the cache after making changes to products and categories. This includes clearing WooCommerce-related caches, which can be found in the following section:

    WooCommerce > Status > Tools

    Please ensure you clear the following fields:
    – WooCommerce transients
    – Expired transients
    – Term counts

These settings apply globally across the site for content that is not managed by Elementor. Please note that the theme allows you to choose whether or not to use Elementor for specific content.
    – Go to Elementor Settings > Global Fonts to review and adjust the global font settings. You can find more information here: https://elementor.com/help/view-and-edit-global-fonts/
    – Regarding the content on pages, please note that each element may have its own local typography settings, which take precedence over the global settings. When a new element is added to the page, it inherits the global font settings by default, unless a different font is selected locally.
