Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).

If you have 2 builders activated, the settings from the new one (Elementor) will have higher priority.

1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Navigate to XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Archive or Product Elements (depending on your version).
3. Use the “Products” element (via WPBakery or Elementor, depending on your page builder) to display products.
4. In the product element settings, choose the “Best Selling” option under the product type or sorting criteria.
5. If you would like to create a custom selection, you can use a product category or tag to group your desired best sellers and then display that group using the “Products” element.
6. Alternatively, you can use a shortcode like:

This will display the top 8 best-selling products based on WooCommerce sales data.
If you need to create a more advanced or dynamic data source, we recommend using a custom query via a child theme or a plugin that allows custom product queries.
