XStore Menu Options - by Velasco - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

The only issue I currently have is that XStore Menu Options (Disable navigation labels, Desing, Columns, Colum width, Widget area, Icon name, Label, Menu item image) don’t show up as shown in the documentation.

Can you help me?

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Menus > click on 8theme options http://prntscr.com/rte34u and you will see a window with all settings.
If this doesn’t work, please provide screenshots for better understanding the problem. Provide URL + temporary wp-admin access also.

Hi, thanks for your sooner answer.
This is the Appearance>Menus>8Theme Block Options.

As you can see, Screen options don’t appear.

Are WZone, Yellow Pencil and YITH plugins really needed? Can I deactivate them?
I’m running XStore in Apache server by MAMP in local mode. https://prnt.sc/rtggxn
How could I provide wp-admin access?

Here you can find a list of required plugins – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins http://prntscr.com/rtgtjn , all others can be deactivated. Read descriptions of plugins and activate recommended/additional plugins depends on your needs.
While your site is local we can’t see it.

Hi Rose.
Finally I reinstalled Xstore Theme and it seems work fine.
The web is almost done but I would improve some designs.
In CSS additional I added the following code, but I’not totally satisfied.

1- Can I define a different content product dimension ( content product height) for main page and shop page?
As you can see in these screenshot there is a different gap below add to cart button.

2- Can I define price, rating stars, an add cart button positions in reference to the bottom box instead text product (product title)?
3- I can’t find the way to change checkout button normal and hover color in mimi cart popup menu. Could you help me? I would like normal function in grey standard and #658E31 in hover function.

Finally, although I have totally defined single product page https://prnt.sc/s1pzk9, I would like to edit some characteristic using Single Product Builder, but I can’t work with it. It seems impossible drag and drop any block in new section.

Hello,

1, 2) Provide us with URL once your site will be live, so we can take a closer look.
3) Theme Options > Styling > Active buttons.

If you face any problem with it, check browser console is there any error? Provide us with temporary wp-admin access.

Hi Rose.
1,2) I expect hosting the web in a short time. Meanwhile, do you accept a remote access whit Anydesk or similar?
3) I’ve edited all buttons with the same pattern, but checkout hover button still appears in blue.

Hello,

1) Unfortunately, we don’t work with the remove access.
3) Go to Theme Options > Custom CSS and check if you don’t have any custom code there related to buttons color, because it seems that you have.
4) It seems some files are missing. Either you did not install all the files of the XStore core plugin or your server has some permission limits. Try to remove XStore core plugin and install it again from Appearance > Install plugins.
