    Hello, MRobinson2872,

Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to your inquiry. We are pleased to inform you that the website has been successfully restored https://prnt.sc/C-6Ndo3-wGz4 However, it is important to note that the header will require manual reconstruction. For the time being, a basic header has been implemented as a temporary measure.

During the process, we encountered an error related to the import options, as illustrated here: https://prnt.sc/j2_XsV1Jq4rt. Upon further examination, it appears that the issue may be linked to some anomalies created in the old header, as evidenced by the printout provided here: https://prnt.sc/WReS58qBPRFT.

Additionally, here is a screenshot of how the header appears within the options: https://prnt.sc/hntxt321yy9T.

To address the issue, the following steps were taken:
    1. Navigated to ‘Reset header builder’ and selected ‘Reset Elements’ (https://prnt.sc/A6YwrKoidizT).
    2. Executed the ‘Publish’ action.

Furthermore, we have noticed some irregularities in the styles, which can be seen here: https://prnt.sc/vi6awrQU4P48. We would appreciate your attention to this matter – do not use the CSS area to add PHP code.

Our investigation led us to conclude that the problem was not with the theme itself but rather with incorrect settings. You did not encounter issues with the parent theme because it has different configuration values in Customizer.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
