Wordpress administration to slow with woocommerce

    Hi Eva, thanks for your help.
    I still face to the same problem, when I try load the “theme options” or when I go to create or edit a page, this options are too slow to load, in “theme options” cases, it takes about 1:05 min to load, for first load or when I save the changes.
    Look if I need spent this huge amount of time every time I change something, for more great and cool what be this theme, not work for me.
    Can you help me to solve this problem?

    Unfortunately EightTheme didn’t answer to our private message and critics. Therefore we allow us to answer your question in public, Pablo.

    We can only recommend to change the theme. We did it and we are more than happy with Flatsome by UX-Themes. Although we had to spend again money for a theme, we saved a lot of money by not wasting time anymore. Flatsome works perfectly without any troubles.

    Hi Inclusive,
    I understand you, and I glad for you, but I just purchase this theme, I showed it to my customer, I do not have resources to purchase other theme and i won’t purchase another, I want this theme works as 8theme promised.
    I will expect an answer of Eva, Robert or somebody.
    Think they are a good developers and they will find the solutions what I need

    Hello @Pablo,

    Our developers checked speed of the site loading and we can confirm it’s really loading slowly, but that is caused by a server where your site is located, it’s responding too long.
    Concerning this issue, you have to contact your hosting provider.

    Eva thanks for your fast reply.
    I checked whith my server provider and yes the problem was in the server configuration, more specifically, in the configuration of firewall for applications, for previous attacks from your ip range my server provider has blocked this range and any request of my woopress panel was blocked and the server has given me a timeout answer.
    I already requested to unblock that and “theme options” and the upload of demo contents works finely.
