    I had an error on woocommerce checkout After I entered my credit card information and press payment.

    Hello,

    How does it work with the default WC theme – Storefront?
    We are theme support, so we are able to help with issues related strictly to our theme only.

    Hi Rose,

    It should not relate the storefront. Maybe backend or I missing something in the setting? Not sure.

    Do I need to contact woocommerce or paypal?

    Hello,

    You can temporarily activate the Storefront theme on the site to be sure that the problem isn’t related to our theme. In this case, you need to contact the support of WooCommerce or PayPal.

    I reconnected with PayPal serval times. It worked now. It seems not very stable.
    I will double check it later again.
