Upgraded to Legenda 3.2 Product page and Checkout now broken

    I upgraded to the new Legenda 3.2 on my staging site and now the product page does not show any products and when I go to checkout the Checkout page is blank. If I reinstall Legenda 3.0.2 the product page and checkout work and look just fine.

    I want to fix this issues on my staging site before I go live with it.

    Hello,

    Please try this way of theme update: export theme settings in Theme Options > Import/Export > Import or Export your theme configuration > Export Options, then activate default theme, rename legenda folder via FTP and upload new theme archive in wp-admin > themes or theme folder via FTP (without overwriting), enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard, then import your theme options. Check your site, if all fine, you can delete the old theme. Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.

    The site meets the requirement and I updated the site using the way to described above (several time while trying to fix this issue) and the site is still broken.

    If I click view cart the site works fine once I proceed to checkout. The checkout page only shows the home ribbon (non of the drop downs work can only click on the top most menu button), billing address (all input fields missing), cant click on shipping address or your order.

    The product page only shows the top image but all the products are missing.

    If I replace the file from my old Legenda folder to the new one the WooCommerce folder, the js folder and the framework folder are the one causing these issues.

    All my plugins are up to date with the exception of WooCommerce because the theme is behind on the latest Woocommerce up date.

    Running WordPress 4.8
    memory_limit is 128M
    Upload_max_filesize is 64M

    All above the min

    Can I please get some help?

    If Legenda 3.2 requires WooCommerce then you need to update ThemeForest because it said compatible with WooCommerce 3.0.x, 2.6.x, 2.5, 2.4.x, 2.3.x, 2.2.x, 2.1.x, and 2.0.x. My site has WooCommerce 2.6.9 so it should be compatible.

    Changing WooCommerce to 3.0.5 fixed the checkout issue but not the product page. the product page is still showing up blank. Only the title, title image and categories are showing. The product are not showing up. The page said showing 1-12 of 14 results but no results are being displayed. Being able to see and buy the product is kind of important. I need help getting this fixed.

    Hello,

    When I try to disable 3-rd party plugins: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
    Please try to check the problem with your parent theme and disable 3-rd party plugins.
    Do you face such problem with default theme too (Storefront)?

    If I use the default theme Storegfront I can see the products fine.

    You disabled the plugin Temporary Logins which turned off the account you were logging in as. I turned it back on. The Temporary Logins plugin was installed after this issues was noticed so its not the cause of the issue.

    I’ve activated your parent theme. Please check products now.
    So you need check all the changes you made in the child theme.
