    Hello Team EightTheme,

I’m having trouble getting the WooCommerce Variation Swatches and Photos plugin to work.

After disabling all plugins except this one and WooCommerce plus switch out the theme, I found that the plugin in question works when Blanco is not being used.

I’ve tried disabling the Ajax ‘Add To Cart’ option for the single product page as suggested on another query to no avail.

Any assistance on this would be highly appreciated,
    852CMD

P.S Everything including the plugin in question is up to date.
I’m also using a child theme

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Please take our apologies but we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme. Unfortunately this plugin isn’t compatible with Blanco theme.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Ms. Kemp,

    That’s unfortunate to hear.

Is this theme incompatible with ALL plugins which provide variable swatch capabilities, or just this one?

    Thank you,

    Hello,

our theme supports following plugins: WPML, WP e-Commerce 3.8.x, WooCommerce 2.4.x, WooCommerce 2.3.x, WooCommerce 2.2.x, WooCommerce 2.1.x, WooCommerce 2.0.x as described here: http://themeforest.net/item/blanco-responsive-wordpress-wooecommerce-theme/2755246?s_phrase=woo%20commerce&s_rank=1
As Eva Kemp said, unfortunately third-party plugins are not supported.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.
