Hello Team,
I have a problem with the Cart section on the page.
I am using a link to get from a picture straight to the card e.g. http://www.(myurl).de/?add-to-cart=15357

1. when I am login it puts the product straight to my cart
2. If I am not loged in it sayd Cart is empty?

Hallo Olga,
thank you. Kind off. The package prize is going directly into the cart but it reloads straightt away the ‘home’ page.
It would be great it it goes after the click straight to the cart page

Hi,
yes, after you click on one product, in this case the box: http://diepferdebox.de/box/
at the bottom it says ‘jetzt entdecken’ that’s the buy now button. Its just adding the product to the cart but not going straight to the cart.

if you compare it to my other theme for example:
http://www.placevel.de/city/

it goes straight to the cart if you click on ‘jetzt entdecken’ at the bottom.

Hello,

Thank you for the explanation.
You can enable that option in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab, tick “Redirect to the cart page after successful addition” near “Add to Cart” field.

Hi Eva I did and it works – but only on chrome.( for this big thx)
Somehow it does not work on firefox and safari ?!. It says card empty all the time after hitting the button.

I’ve checked the Cart page in Firefox browser and it’s working fine.
Try to clear browser cache and check again.

Hi Eva,
sorry for the late reply.
Unfortunately it’s still there. I have tried on many different browsers.
Perhaps it;s just a small thing but I would be very grateful if you can double check it.

As I see you’re using old theme version. Please update it to 1.3 version. It must fix the problem.

Hi Eva thank you.
the issue is still there. When I click on the individual boxes: http://diepferdebox.de/box/
it shows me that the cart is empty.
If I go however straight through the domain http://diepferdebox.de/cart it shows me the products that I can ad easily to my cart.

You have a lot of Royal themes in Appearance > Themes.
How did you update it?

Please provide us with the correct FTP credentials in Private Content.

Hello,

In your Price boxes button links http://www.diepferdebox.de/?add-to-cart=15355 contain www and your site is without it. We’ve removed it for the first product and the issue has been resolved.
Please change the links for “Add to cart” button without www.
