Why cannot I use visual composer for footer?

    Why cannot I use visual composer for editing footer? it requires me to purchase a license, but I already buy a theme.

    Hello,

    To enable VC editor in static blocks go to Visual Composer > General Settings > Content Types and tick “static blocks”.

    Thanks for the reply, but sorry I still cannot find Content Type and tick” static Blocks”

    The image I have is Default template for post types and shows below, I cannot select Content type and click static blocks,
