    We having problem with update of the theme the website is running good but clients cant make purchases because the iframe of the credit card (stripe) not loading

    right now its working i got this error on the console

    Uncaught (in promise) VersionError: Unsupported on version [clover]:
    Can not provide apiVersion to Stripe()

    So i seach online and somebody say rollback to 10.4.0. of the stripe plugin

    On the staging its working but on live was not working until i roll back the plugin

    Could you please clarify how we should correctly test your request? According to your description, the issue cannot be reproduced on the live website using the previous version of the Stripe plugin, which is currently active. Since this is a live store, updating the plugin is not possible at the moment.

    On your staging website, there are no issues with any version of the Stripe plugin. If you would like us to test on your live website, we would need to update the plugin to the latest version in order to check the issue there. We would also need to create a backup of the current plugin version before proceeding.

    Alternatively, please provide us with the exact steps to reproduce the issue so that we can assist you further. You may also consider contacting the Stripe plugin support team directly, as the issue might be related to specific plugin settings. They may already be aware of similar cases reported by other users with different themes:

    Right now, if you want to reproduce the problem, you need to update the Stripe Gateway plugin to the latest version. When the plugin is updated, the iframe for credit card will not show at checkout, giving a console error as explained above.

    The workaround I found is rolling back the plugin so customers can still make purchases.

    Hello @Ronny,

    According to the official Stripe plugin support, there was a known issue in versions 10.5.0 and 10.5.1, which has been resolved in version 10.5.2. Therefore, version 10.5.3 and later should not exhibit this behavior (topic -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/versionerror-unsupported-on-version-clover-can-not-provide-apiversion-to-str/).

    We have updated the plugin on your website to version 10.7.0, which includes the necessary fix. After testing on your website, the card is now displayed correctly (a video is attached in the private content).

    Please check from your side, and if you still experience any issues, kindly provide us with a step-by-step guide so that we can reproduce the problem on our end.

    Okay, thanks. It wasn’t working yesterday. The only way to make it work was to roll back the plugin to an earlier version.
