You can manager shop page sidebar width using 8theme page options: Pages > edit shop page > 8theme page options > sidebar width > choose the width that will suit your needs.

All the available theme optimization options you can find in Theme Options > speed optimization. We enabled all the options that we could. We don’t have more options to speed up the theme. You may try the Nitropack plugin, maybe it will improve the site performance.
