– this is caused by low Max execution time – https://prnt.sc/26wccwv https://prnt.sc/26wcl2l , contact your hosting provider to increase execution time, this will hide the warning (max_execution_time is a limit for the execution time while running the script). We have been able to see this problem when disabled some of 3rd party plugins on your site. One of plugins changes data of monitoring. The same with speed, it is affected by plugins you are using. We would recommend you to disable all 3rd party plugins and check how the Dashboard and site works, it is much faster. Please use only plugins that are really required, we are not responsible for the work of additional plugins.
Let us know once the Max execution time will be increased and un-required plugins disabled, we will check one more time.

Disable W3 Total Cache plugin and check WooCommerce > Status > https://prnt.sc/26wcl2l It will show the same value even with default theme, so it is not caused from our side. Contact support of hosting to get the advice why you can see 180 https://prnt.sc/26wczwv but WooCommerce 30.

No, unfortunately, such mails were custom created for our 8theme site only.
Try to activate Built-in Email Builder https://gyazo.com/30df02c2d808ca62a109b9d9499a43c7 and check the settings offered there.

You can maybe find a plugin that can provide this functionality. The theme has no such feature implemented, and we did not test such plugins officially so can recommend them.
Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.
