Tried Speed Optimization in Customizer. but broke CSS

    Hello,

    I was trying Speed optimization in Customizer, but broke CSS + Desktop version stays loading.

    Would it please be possible to help to fix and to add the best settings in WP Rocket and Speed optimization for best results?

    Hello,

    You are using CDN, have you tried to clear the CDN cache?
    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser and CDN, then check one more time. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Let us know the result.

    Hello Rose,

    thanks for your fast reply!

    I cleared my CDN cache, I deactivated Revslider and WP Rocket, but the problem still exists :(.

    It is only on Desktop that the Homepage keeps loading. On mobile I do not have this issue.

    Hello,

    Please try to disable all plugins, except XStore core, woocommerce, and Elementor. Then clear CDN cache and check.
    Are you able temporarily disable CDN at all?
    Our speed optimization settings can’t cause such problem by yourself, it looks like was a conflict with a plugin and this state was cached.

    Hello Rose,

    I disabled all plugins except XStore core, Woocommerce, and Elementor. I cleared cache and even disabled CDN.

    Still the problem persists ☹.

    Hello,

    Do you have a backup? Some hosting providers make regular backups.

    Try to update the theme and Core plugin.

    Your hosting data can’t be used to connect ftp, so we need FTP access ( FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you).
