Translating some strings - by tryharder - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi!

I bought your theme yesterday, and I almost completed translating it in POEdit. Though, going back to the site some things remain in English, like ‘Shopping Cart’ in the header, and “Be the first to leave a review” on product pages (as wel as There are no reviews yet, would you like to submit yours?)
‘Cart Subtotal’ on the shopping-cart-page

Is this connected through the Woocommerce plugin? Other Woocommerce strings are in dutch.
