Shop page – Ajax > refresh? – How to fix it?

Hello

Hope everything is fine this saturday.

Im am contacting you today with the goal of loading with ajax on filter click, and not with refreshing the entire page.

I have attached a video to clarify the issue im facing.

On the video:

1. My site is first: Elmate = Loads by refreshes the page on filter click.

2. Demo store: Electronics mega market = The demo loads without refreshing, using ajax load.

Why is my site not loading in ajax terms? How can we fix this issue?

Upon checking the console log, we could see there are many JS errors:

To assist us in identifying any potential conflicts, we kindly request that you conduct a systematic test. This can be done by deactivating each plugin one at a time, with the exception of those that are explicitly included in the list provided by our team.

Hi

Thanks for the suggestion.

I just did the systematic check and deactivated all the external plugins – Nothing changed, issue still there.

How can we proceed to identify the root of the issue?

I have added access in private area if you need to enter the site to have a closer look.

We have noticed that the Ajax Filter setting on the Shop page was disabled. We have taken the initiative to re-enable it, and it appears to be functioning correctly now, as evidenced by the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/FmDS1yW7lhu5.

I see that the filters are responding correctly.

Is it possible to make the same ajax response witht the categories on top? – Ajax > refreshing the page? – Check jpg
