Styles in Elementor don’t reflect styles in front end

Hi,

We’ve come across this in the past, but I can’t recall the solution;
Our Elementor template shows Trajan Font for the tabs on the product page template. Yet, when we view the front-end result, the page reverts to a standard font: https://imgur.com/DexNKnl

This is the case for template: “SPP-template-aug-2026”, linked to most of our products. Yet, a clone made from this template, and somewhat simplified by taking out some containers, called “SPP-template-simple”, linked to only a few products, displays the same styles for tabs in both the editor and front end just fine: https://imgur.com/HBlHKhs

We can’t pinpoint the problem or determine why the first template doesn’t load all of the stylesheets in the front end. Hope you guys can help

Hello Andrew,

We found your reply a bit disappointing because the problem statement was clear: the style broke suddenly (a cloned template shows styles correctly; the original broke), meaning no recent changes would warrant clearing the cache.

Moreover, we need technical support. Your answer basically says we (as non-technical people) need to do a technical deep dive through the browser console and troubleshoot ourselves, while we pay for support from your technical support desk, and we have been paying as loyal customers for more than 6 years now…

Please, we need your team’s help with this.

Per your suggestion to purge the cache, we found that re-saving the template shows the Trajan font styling correctly. Then, after clearing files & data under Elementor / Tools, the faulty style pops up again.
