    Hello XStore Support Team,

I am working on my site (new.big-shotter-fireworks.co.uk) using the XStore theme with the “Electronics” demo imported.

Issue: > I have made extensive content updates to the homepage using Elementor. The changes appear correctly within the Elementor editor and in the Elementor preview mode. However, when I visit the direct URL or view the site on mobile devices, the site still displays the original “Electronics” demo content.

    Steps I have already taken:

    Purged all site-level caches.

Regenerated Elementor CSS and Data (Elementor > Tools).

Checked that the correct page is assigned in Settings > Reading.

Verified the issue persists in Incognito/Private browsing mode.

The changes are simply not “pushing” to the live front-end. Could you please check if there is a theme-specific caching or a database sync issue with the XStore demo importer that is preventing the live site from updating?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We have just reviewed the header on your website and noticed a new version. Could you please confirm whether the issue has already been resolved?

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

The issue is not related to the header. It concerns the main homepage front. I’ve made changes using Elementor on the homepage, but those updates are not being reflected on the live site.

Could you please check this issue?

    Thank You.

    Hi,

To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

    Warm Regards,

    Hi 8Theme Team,

    Thank you for your response.

I have now recorded and uploaded a video demonstrating the issue, including the steps leading up to it. Please review it at your convenience and let me know what might be causing the problem.

Additionally, I have checked the front page (homepage) settings. The page I am referring to is already set as the homepage.

    Looking forward to your feedback.

    Hi,

Your situation is caused by the cache plugin you are using. In simple terms, when you are logged in as an administrator, you see a non-cached version of the site, but when you are not logged in or view it in incognito mode, you see the cached version.

With the access you have provided, we are unable to check which plugins are currently active. This means that the access you created for us does not have administrator rights, as we requested.

However, we have encountered a similar issue on another website before, and we can confirm that it is definitely related to the cache plugin. The simplest way to verify this is to disable the cache plugin and check the result temporarily.

Once you confirm that the issue is indeed caused by the cache plugin, you can either review its settings yourself or contact the plugin’s authors for assistance. They will be able to advise you on what adjustments to make so that the site displays correctly both in incognito mode and for logged-in users.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Hi,

The issue is not caused by the theme but by the cache plugin. In simple terms, you need to contact the cache plugin’s developers and request their assistance. As a temporary solution, you can disable the cache plugin on your website: Dashboard > Plugins > LiteSpeed Cache > Deactivate (temporarily).

    Best regards,

    Hi 8Theme Team,

    Thank you for your response.

I have removed the LiteSpeed Cache plugin as suggested, but the issue still has not been resolved. Based on this, it doesn’t appear to be related to the cache plugin.

Additionally, I would like to clarify that the issue was already present even before installing the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, which further suggests that the problem may be related to the theme itself rather than any caching mechanism.

Could you please take another look into this and help resolve it as soon as possible? This issue has been ongoing for more than 3 days now, and my work is currently on hold because of it.

I would really appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.

    Thanks

    Hi,

As we can see, CDN cache is enabled instead of the cache plugin now – https://gyazo.com/c4c44c9c3f9d65e4ad55a84795783598

We checked your site in Incognito mode, and the result is the same as when we are not in Incognito mode. Please watch this video – https://fex.net/uk/s/mmy6pfa
We see that you are currently editing the home page. When you finish editing, let us know. We will go into the editor and try to change something and see if the results are visible in Incognito mode.
Do you have the opportunity to test on another device?

Please contact your hosting provider and request that they clear the CDN cache or temporarily disable it to check whether the issue has been resolved.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hi 8Theme Team,

    Thank you for your update.

At the moment, the site displays correctly when accessed while logged into the dashboard or when viewing it from there. However, when the homepage URL is accessed directly (e.g., by copying and pasting it or opening it in a new/incognito session), it still shows the previous demo import version.

You can now proceed to check the homepage — I have closed the editor.

Additionally, I have disabled the CDN cache as requested. Please go ahead and test from your side and let me know the results.

    Looking forward to your feedback.

    Hi,

We’ve checked it for you, and all works fine now. For example – https://prnt.sc/GRVVWi8lRGVY and the result in Incognito – https://gyazo.com/089fe04268edbaecc7dcc7f32eba91b6

    Hi 8Theme Team,

Thank you for your recent update.

The homepage issue is now resolved, and it is loading correctly when accessed directly. However, I am still noticing that some elements are not displaying according to the actual design.

It seems that certain sections may still be missing styles or not reflecting the latest updates.

Could you please review this on your end and help ensure that all elements match the intended design?

    Looking forward to your feedback.
