    Hi

We were having issues with removing the feature image (Woo product) – it wouldn’t. We noted that an update was required to Royal plugins and went ahead.

The site then crashed – the error message we got from WordPress was:

WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WPBakery Page Builder.
    /wp-admin/themes.php?page=install-required-plugins&plugin=js_composer&tgmpa-update=update-plugin&tgmpa-nonce=a023dce6c4)

The site completed died, so we had to install the backup version but we still have the problem of unable to edit the images or it seems, update the site.

    regards

    David

    Hello,

I have updated all the bundled plugins and don’t see the issue with the editing images on the page. Could you, please explain the issue in more detail? What image are you trying to change: on the simple page or product image?

    Regards
