Sign In link cannot translate in String Translation or in Widgets

Hello,

I would like to translate the Sign In or Create an Account link in the top bar area but I don’t know where to edit anymore.

I already edit in String Translation but still it remain in English.

It was not visible in the widget area because it was in the 8Theme Options
