    Hi,

    Since updating the theme, the sidebar appears above AND below the product. Before it was just below, which is preferred.

    Can you assist in removing the sidebar widget from above the single product page?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    Please try this code in custom.css

    .sidebar.sidebar-left.single-product-sidebar{
    display:none;
    }

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    Robert, I think you misunderstand. And I can tell from the code, this is not what I would like to do.

    I tried the code, and what is does is remove the left sidebar from all views. This is not what I intend.

    What I’d like to do, is make sure the left sidebar appears BELOW the single product page IN MOBILE. At the moment, it is showing up ON TOP AND BELOW. Can you please view a single product from my site in mobile view to verify so you understand what is going on.

    Thank you

    Hi details below.

    On another note, please see the entire “single product page” in MOBILE view (desktop seems to be working fine).

    It is very disturbing, because I can’t change quantity, or add to cart (very important! I may have already lost some sales). I also can’t click on the category or tag links. Not even the “Social” sharing links work.

    Can you please help? This is a very urgent issue now that I realize the “Add to Cart” button doesn’t work in single product page in mobile view.

    I tried a few things:
    1. I removed all custom css – “Add to Cart” issue persists – customm css not the problem
    2. I changed theme to 2015 – “Add to Cart” button works – theme is the issue

    Thanks!

    On second thought, please use login credentials for testing site: (details in private message below)

    Issues:
    1. in mobile view, on single product page, “add to cart” and several other buttons do not function
    2. in mobile view, on single product page, left sidebar appears above AND below product. Should only appear below product

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello? Can you please help? This is preventing items being adding to cart, which is preventing sales.

    Please let me know if you can see the same issue on your side and can log in to the test site to make changes.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    We’re sorry for a delay.
    We checked your site on mobile view and there was no problem with “Add to cart” button and quantity field. If you are still experiencing the issue please specify your mobile device and browser version.
    Also we still can’t connect to your main site via SFTP with provided credentials.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
