Showing single product attribute in the single product page.

Hello Team,

Great theme by the way. You have kept all the features available for use to make a great e-commerce website.

My query for today is, would it be possible to show one single attribute under the Add to Cart button?
For e.g., the Warranty: 1 Year (The year information will be taken from the product attribute)?

My idea here is to highlight only one single attribute on the Top rather than the customer scrolling down to an additional tab and seeing all the attributes. Please let me know if this can be achieved using a shortcode or something. Thank you.
