Hello,

It is the result of WordPress updating. You need to update WPBakery Page Builder plugin https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ to be able to switch between Gutenberg and WPBakery editor http://prntscr.com/ltxer7

Hello,

To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugin folder into wp-content/plugins/ with replacement.

Please try this way to install the latest version:
Go to Plugins section in your Dashboard > deactivate and delete WPBakery Page Builder plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install plugins > WPBakery Page Builder.
If you need our assistance with the updating, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
