    Hello,

    here is my website: http://www.lillys.fr

I am trying to create a pop up where people can subscribe to a newsletter (with mail chimp) and in exchange they receive a propotional code. I have followed everything you said in the legenda documentation (https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/static_blocks) and I have tried so many thing and I cannot make it work.

By the way when I activate the pop up, I have only the image of the woman and man together and nothing else plus the cross button to close the pop up has disapeared. So people cannot close it.

    Can you help me?

ps: i have disabled the pop up whil i figure out how to do it

for the cross button to close the pop up I just figured it out, it was because I changed the width to a too small scale so I am good with that

    Hello,

Please provide us with wp-admin credentials to check static block for pop up you’ve created.
    Thank you.

    Hello,

You wrote wrong shortcode for pop up – [block id= “popup”], but you had to write the id of the static block – [block id= “1072”]. I’ve changed it. Also we recommend you to update the theme to the latest version ( https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/upgrade ) as some bugs with Visual Composer are fixed there.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I am just wondering though, how do you know the static block ID?
