    Hello,

in the product quick view, the product description excerpt is showing source code / raw content instead of the normal formatted text.
    Please see the attached screenshot.

My product descriptions are created with Stackable.

The issue happens with all products inside the quick view.
On the normal product page, the descriptions display correctly.

I need support understanding why this is happening and how it can be fixed.
I was not able to solve the issue myself.

    Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

The product description contains tags, and when a part of the excerpt is taken to show in Quick View, some unclosed tags cause the problem.
There are 2 ways you can try: set “”More Details” Length (Charts)” 999999999, in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Quick view OR disable More Details Link via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Quick view.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello @Oliver Theiß,

We recommend installing one of the available tools for image regeneration and size optimization, such as the Robin Optimizer tool, which can be found in the XStore Control Panel under Plugins Installer. Based on the screenshot of your speed analysis, some of your images could benefit from optimization.

There are many other tools available for this purpose; however, we suggest testing the optimization process on a few images first before applying it globally to all images. Additionally, you may consider using a CDN on your website to improve image caching and overall site speed.
