Product Images Keep Disappearing - by Kay

I keep uploading images to products and they keep disappearing from the media library and from the data base. Any ideas? I’ve changed the theme to 2013 in the meantime to try and stop it happening again.

I have changed to another theme now and the website has stopped breaking
