    Hello Support Team,

I would like to report an issue that occurred on my website after applying a recent patch/update.

Currently, on the Shop/Product listing page, the product images are not displaying correctly. Multiple products are showing incorrect or duplicated images, even though each product has its own proper image assigned in the backend.

    Details of the issue:

The problem started after applying a patch/update
Occurs on the shop/archive product page
Product titles and prices are correct, but images appear duplicated or mismatched
This issue affects multiple products across the page

    Troubleshooting steps I have tried:

    Cleared website cache (WP Rocket)
Cleared browser cache and tested in incognito mode
    Disabled lazy load temporarily
    Disabled JavaScript optimization (minify/defer/delay)
    Regenerated thumbnails

    However, the issue still persists.

Could you please help check whether this issue is related to:

    Theme product loop/template conflict
    WooCommerce image rendering
    JavaScript conflict
    Or the recent patch/update

If needed, I can provide screenshots or temporary access for further investigation.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,

    Hello @benedictusdito,

Could you please check the website now? We have made some configuration changes in the Theme Options.

Please note that website performance optimization is a complex process that involves various aspects of your site, including plugin configuration, image optimization, caching, server performance, and more.

To demonstrate the potential of our XStore theme, please refer to the following example:
    https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-woocommerce-1476984-5641372-cloudwaysapps-com/ev9tp94xax?form_factor=desktop
As shown, our theme can achieve a score of 80+ on mobile and 90+ on desktop, which is an excellent result for an e-commerce theme.

We kindly recommend reviewing the following points for your website:
    – Optimize all images (use modern formats such as WebP and ensure proper compression)
    – Configure a caching plugin (for example, WP Rocket)
    – Ensure your server is optimized for WordPress and WooCommerce
    – Minimize the use of heavy third-party plugins

All these factors significantly affect website speed and overall performance.

For detailed guidance on speed optimization, please review our dedicated article that covers the most important theme settings to configure:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/the-ultimate-2025-guide-to-boosting-wordpress-speed-with-xstore-theme/

Please note that performance optimization is beyond the scope of our support, in accordance with Envato’s support policy.

can you help me how to resolve this problem:

Render blocking requests Est savings of 2,790 ms

“Requests are blocking the page’s initial render, which may delay LCP. Deferring or inlining can move these network requests out of the critical path.”

    Hello @benedictusdito,

According to Google PageSpeed Insights, render-blocking resources are files such as CSS and JavaScript that delay page loading because the browser must process them before rendering the content.
For more information, please refer to the following article: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1883-render-blocking-requests

Please note that performance optimization is beyond the scope of our support, in accordance with Envato’s support policy. If you have any questions regarding the configuration of the WP Rocket plugin, we kindly ask you to submit your inquiry through their support forum: https://wp-rocket.me/support/
