No images for variable products after update of theme

Since the update today we can not get images on variable products anymore ?

Hello @Visenco,

Everything is functioning correctly, and no changes were made in our update. The issue you are experiencing is due to your old product has attributes being built based on global attributes, which are configured as swatches. In contrast, for your new product, you have created these attributes manually (not global), which results in them being displayed as select options on your single product templates.

Okay, we fixed that but I am not getting for every color a different product anymore, what else am I doing wrong ?

No idea how that happened, I fixed it and now I am getting a product for every color and size, I only want like before, only the different colors and not the sizes too

We would like to see only the color variety as a ‘single’ product and not also for the sizes, we have set the main variable on color but I still get all the sizes shown as well .

Hello @Visenco,

Could you kindly review the configuration of your Variable Product settings in Theme Options -> WooCommerce (https://gyazo.com/8a43cbb279c54db36ae611da8eabf869)? You have the option to disable the setting that separates variable products or configure it to separate products only by a specific attribute, thereby preventing the display of the parent variable product. Please check these settings on your website.

We have observed that you have duplicate products displayed on your site. It appears that the “Variations as Single Product for WooCommerce (Pro)” plugin is currently inactive, which might affect the display of variation products if it were enabled. Could you please test the site with this plugin activated and our feature, which is currently in beta, disabled? If you have already installed the plugin, may we ask why it is not being utilized? Additionally, please be aware that since our feature is in beta, it may cause some issues and has not been fully tested for compatibility with all other plugins.
