Product category page only shows 1 item per row

Hi,
Our product category page only shows 1 item per row. In Product page settings (Theme options), I have set it to 4 items per row. Why does it only show one item per row?

Hello,

Please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.
Also make backup of the site and we’ll try to reupload theme files.

Hello,

I’ve added this code in Custom CSS for desktop:
```
.row-count-4 .product {
    width: 25% !important;
}
```
Please check products now.
