Problem with photo zoom and "Add al variations" for a product

Hi.

I recently purchased this theme but I have a couple of issues:

1. When trying to use the “Add all variations” to a variable product. I keep receiving the error “No variations added!”. I have followed the Woocommerce documentation and, initially, it worked but since then it just gives me the message.

***EDIT*** This only seems to happen when I create an attribute via PRODUCTS > ATTRIBUTES. If I create a custom attribute within a product page the “Link all variations” appears to work correctly. I really need to get this working properly.

2. Zoom doesn’t seem to work on all images. Mostly it’s fine but occasionally it seems to bug out. See below for an example:

Hello,

1. Please provide us with the link of the product where you’re trying to add variations.
2. Try to upload high resolution image. This problem happens if image is small in size.
Please provide us with admin credentials to wp-admin panel in Private Content as I’m unable to check Products page with the ones you’ve given (restricted permissions).

Hi.

I have added a link to a test item which has the variation issue. Although it happens with all items when I try to use a predefined attribute (ie. not a custom one specific to that product).

Please note, I have set the product (which I have linked) to “Simple” so that it would save and show up for you. If you set it to “Variable” and then try to add “Diamond Carat Size” (predefined attribute) the “Link all variations” will show the message “No variations added!

This problem persists with default theme too.
You should contact Woocommerce support regarding this issue as it’s not related to our theme.
