    Hi,
    I started this thread a while back : https://www.8theme.com/topic/bug-regarding-the-mobile-menu-when-trying-to-close-it-visible-in-demos-too/#post-325460

    The problem identified and it was supposed to be added into a fix in a new update
    However, even though i can see it in the changelog for the newer theme version the problem still exists. I think it was fixed specifically on the product page only but using a different z-index value to avoid conflicts when you are on the product page. However the problem still exists with various other elements. For a quick test go on a shop page for example and open the menu. Then try to close the menu by clicking outside of it but if a product happens to be there it will register the click.

    Can you please check it out ?
    Thank you

    Hello, Yes unfortunately it is available in the demos too
    Here is a quick test:
    Go to this shop page here:
    https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market04/shop/
    Open the mobile menu and click on an area where an add to cart button is preset, example from my phone: https://prnt.sc/9bh14hGHSl0n
    You will notice that once clicked the menu will close but it will also trigger the add to cart button

    Before, when i created the original post the problem was much more present. It was indeed fixed in many instances but some situations like the one on the shop remain. During some browsing i also noticed it was click on some links on the page if i were to click on an area where a link was present

    Hope this helps you identify the situation.

    Thank you

    Hello,

    Could you please, upload xstore/js/etheme-scripts.min.js on your web-site and check again. File you may find on next link -> https://dropmefiles.com/hmk1n

    We uploaded the file on our demo also and it seems now the problem was fixed but we have deep caching so it is cached for customers with old version files that’s why we sent you a file to check from your side.

    P.S. you should have the latest version of theme/core 8.3/4.3 -> https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

    Regards
