Suddenly product gallery images are not showing

I have not done any plugging update or any modification on the website and suddenly gallery images are not showing for most of the products. Only a few products show the gallery as it was before.

Hello,

In this case, contact your hosting provider. Also, we can see “Error establishing a database connection” on your site.

Hi ! I have contacted the hosting provider and please find their reply. I can see the gallery images are in the media library but once we add them to the product gallery it shows a broken image symbol. all the gallery images are not showing. Please look into this matter and resolve it.

this problem occurs when Hotlink Protection is enabled.

Hi,

Hotlink Protection doesn’t come bundled with our theme.
Who enable it for you, from where Hotlink Protection comes on your site?

It was enabled via Cpanel. That option is available from the hosting provider’s side.

I’m assuming giving the correct gallery ULR path will resolve the issue. Please refer to the screenshot.

Please contact with your hosting provide as we already told you in previous message, currently your images are places on some different URL that is why it broke some images https://prnt.sc/1rbds60 .

Please find the hosting provider response. I have added new products and uploaded new images but the problem still exists.

for your reference, this cause was created by jack pack plugging. I have diable ‘ Speed up image load times” in the performance section now images are showing.
