Please check if you typed host, login and password correctly. Are you able to connect to FTP with those credentials?

What theme version are you using? Is it Royal or Legenda?
If you’re using Legenda you don’t need upload Ultimate VC Addons. It’s required only for Royal theme.

Hi, I have watched the video about how to update the legenda theme and tried many times through Fileziler without success. Can you please advise what went wrong at the backend? This happened before. I reported the issue and you got it fixed upon update from 2.2 to 2.3. I would really hope to know what to do so that I wouldn’t need to bother you for the same issue in the future.Many thanks.
