    We’re still getting this error:

    Response: 331 User 1363644@aruba.it OK. Password required
    Command: PASS ************
    Response: 530 Login authentication failed
    Error: Critical error
    Error: Could not connect to server

    Please check if you typed host, login and password correctly. Are you able to connect to FTP with those credentials?

    Hello ive updated the visual composer on my website and the images in the mobile version disappeared. when i did. i updated via the email link, but now i have no images on the mobile version.

    Sorry, one quick question.

    I am updating via FTP and see where to replace the js_composer file in wp-content/plugins/js_composer,
    but where should I put the Ultimate_VC_Addons file?

    Hello @cspoda,

    What theme version are you using? Is it Royal or Legenda?
    If you’re using Legenda you don’t need upload Ultimate VC Addons. It’s required only for Royal theme.

    Hi, I have watched the video about how to update the legenda theme and tried many times through Fileziler without success. Can you please advise what went wrong at the backend? This happened before. I reported the issue and you got it fixed upon update from 2.2 to 2.3. I would really hope to know what to do so that I wouldn’t need to bother you for the same issue in the future.Many thanks.

    Could you please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content?
