Possible Virus in Latest Update - by jonesgemma

Hi, we updated to the latest version of the Royal v.6.1 last week
A couple of things on our site broke and so we updated the plugin Royal Core to the latest version as well.
However, since then our site has had no orders, and we have discovered that there is a virus on the site that redirects users away. This has only started since that update

We went through turning off and on each plugin to test this and the only one that affected this was the Royal Core plugin being turned off.

We are in the process of restoring the site back to before this update took place but you can currently see the virus redirect on the site – https://lovefascinators.co.uk/

Can you advise on if you are putting a fix in place for this, I’m not sure if the theme files themselves also have the virus in place or just the plugin?

Hello,

We do not have this problem on our test installation. Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
