    I installed plugin “Flag icons language switcher” just to try something and Revolution slider(s), master slider and essential grid on the page don’t work, just keep loading.
    I deleted the plugin, the problem continued, then I updated the theme to 2.0 but still the same.
    Also, all my fonts got messed up with the update, how come they are set the same as before (PT Sans) and I’m getting serif fonts all over?

    Hello,

    You’re using old plugins versions. Please update them. You can download the plugins here:
    https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
    Also update Woocommerce to the latest version.
    Concerning the font issue, you can add this code in custom.css file for meanwhile:

    h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
      font-family: "PT+Sans";
    }

    We’ll fix this bug in the nearest update.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    Sorry, my fault, the correct code should be:

    h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
      font-family: "PT Sans";
    }

    Please try it.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Well, It’s still not working for fonts.
    Also, what about plugins? I still get Rev slider and Master slider just loading and essential grid not showing at all.

    The code didn’t help and fonts on the entire page don’t seem to be responding to changes correctly.

    Hello,

    I’ve added this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
      font-family: "PT Sans" !important;
    }
    .menu > li > a {
     font-family: "PT Sans" !important;
    }

    Please check fonts now.

    We can’t connect to your FTP account.
    Please give us correct credentials – FTP host, FTP user, FTP password, FTP port.

    Did you make any changes in the theme files?

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    We can’t connect via FTP getting the errors:
    Error: Cannot establish FTP connection to an SFTP server. Please select proper protocol.
    Error: Critical error
    Error: Could not connect to server

    I’ve added PT Sans font in WP dashboard > Punch Fonts and font is shown correctly:

    I am seeing correctly everything it’s not about the browser. Fonts are not ok still, you’ve managed to change most of them to PT sans but not all – see cart/checkout pages and newsletter button. Here (de.euroswiss.net)you have the german site which is almost exact copy and as you can see fonts are different, font weight and size in some cases are not correct anymore and how am I supposed to fix that if I can’t manipulate fonts from theme options anymore.
    And what can I do about those ftp errors?

    Hello,

    Please add this code in custom.css file:

    input[type="submit"], body, .shop-table .table-bordered td.product-name a, form .form-row label {
       font-family: PT Sans !important;
    }

    Could you please give us cpanel access?

    Thank you.
    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Why do you keep sending me code to fix fonts one by one? I repeat font weight is also not correct now on many places and fonts don’t react to changes (some, not all).

    Hello,

    Slider doesn’t work with default WordPress theme too. So the issue isn’t related to our theme.
    You can check it yourself (activate Twenty Fifteen or any other theme).
    Also there are a lot of errors in console for missed files:
    http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/15/0619/h_1434741046_4065301_54a04afbbd.png
    Please check files permissions or whether the files are present in the uploads directory.

    We’ll fix the issue with fonts in our nearest update. Please take our apologies for this. Had you made back up of the site before starting update process? We always recommend to to this. For now try to restore your back up or ask your hosting provider support to do this.

    We’re very sorry for such troubles.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Ok, the font issue I solved by reverting to older theme version but that doesn’t solve other problems.
    So I repeat the first post:
    After I installed and then removed a plugin (flag icons) Revolution slider, Master slider and Essential grid are not working anymore, just loading? – that has nothing to do with the update.
    I tried removing plugins, then installing them back, updating them, but they just don’t show anymore, what am I to do? Redo the site from the beginning??
    Thank you

    So I figured it out, for some reason all the content from Master slider, revolution slider and essential grid was deleted from library.
    Reason for this is unknown for now, but at least I know the problem.
    And for fonts I reverted for old version of the theme.

    I thank you again for swift and comprehensive help as always.
