    I deactivated the license at “natureef.com.br/loja2” and I cannot activate it at “natureef.com.br/loja”
    How should I proceed?

    Hello,

    Try to activate the theme now.
    Please note that according to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
