Just so you are aware – with Legenda 2.1 , the new WooCommerce 2.19 on Firefox 29.0.1 Mac OSX does not show the product page images or cart functions properly/at all. It does show correctly with Safari.

    I’ll try Legenda v.2.2.

    Forwards then backwards we go!

    Hello,

Have you already updated the theme to 2.2 version? Is the problem still there? If so please provide us with a screenshot and FTP/admin panel credentials in Private Content.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I will try to have time to do the theme update today. I’ll expect it will be just the same though? Existing example below:

Try to update the theme to fix the issue, but before read carefully our instruction, especially the text in red: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/upgrade

Hmm. I have gone through all the steps to upgrade to Legenda v.2.2 ( all my custom css adjustments etc ) and have installed Visual Composer plugin (which I cannot update unless I purchase it now )…

.. and all of this I did before reading the warning message you now link to.

There was no WPBakery folder in the new 2.2 theme version folder … so I guess that part is ok?

BUT the same issue persists ( see example private link below ). From what I read on the warning page you have referred me to – you are suggesting that I have to RECREATE ALL OF MY PRODUCT PAGES AGAIN – surely not! That would take many hours, if not days of work just to return to exactly the same position again.

I have updated wonderful Legenda 10x times now … there have been a couple of issues … in fact one before that was very similar to this problem now … and it is a theme issue, not an embarrising reset setting like my last thread.

See link example below and PLEASE ADVISE.

Also: I have re-set all the access codes – so don;t ask me to go through all that again – it’s clearly the theme vs woocommerce vs visual composer.

ps to above: Fearing the worst I created a new test product and the issue persists: No product image(s) / no cart function when variation is selected / no product tabs.

So I must have read your warning notice incorrectly.

I am sure you are as exasperated as I am with the ending circles of this.

The issue is with the latest Firefox (product page image, tabs and cart functions completely broken) and slightly with Opera (product image not showing) browsers.

    Safari and Chrome work fine.

    Mac OSX

It is not a config issue. I have seen all this before in earlier versions of the theme and Firefox.
