My xStore Theme is running pretty slowly

Hello, guys!

So, I bought the xStore theme like a week ago, I did setup the whole store and things, and have installed only the main plugins. Plus LiteCache, Shipping Provider plugin and one for staging websites.

The thing is, the website runs pretty slow, even to access the contact page.

I don’t know where the heavy load comes from. I did setup the LiteCache plugin using some popular video on YouTube, but it stills runs pretty slow. Like 10-15 seconds to load one page. That when I have the caching on. If I enter from a different browser, it goes to 25-30 seconds.

I don’t know if it is from my hosting provider, it might be, but that slow? Hmm

Anyway, I would want to ask you guys to take a look over it, if you can.

Just to have an idea of whether or not it is from the theme or from something external to that.

1/ Please update the theme and plugins https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update , then clear cache.

2/ Disable unrequited plugins, for example, WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination, YellowPencil Pro, WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts, FileBird Pro.

3/ Downgrade the PHP version to 8.1, because not all plugins can be compatible with your current version.

Yeah, so the problem was actually from the hosting itself. It was not the right plan, and so, the performance was bellow what I actually needed.
