    Hello,

Sorry, but we are unable to connect via FTP as the credentials are incorrect.
Please check them. Also please specify what port you’re using.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

The problem was with your .htaccess file. I’ve commented the line SetEnv DEFAULT_PHP_VERSION 5 and Royal theme has been installed successfully.
Please note using our theme you must have php version not less than 5.3 version.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi

Sorry the backend is working but the front end is completely blank 🙁

I’ve tried installing the recommended plugin but it comes up with an error.

    Hello,

    I’ve installed the plugins manually.
Please check your site now and clear browser cache before.

    Hi

    Me again 😀

One final problem….(sorry) the visual editor thing only work as the frontend editor and doesn’t work on the actual page, this is fine for editing but it makes it tricky to add/move sections etc.

I’ve tried deactivating/activating etc but without any luck.

it shows lots of code and short code but no actual visual editor.

    thanks again

    Hello,

I’ve checked VC editor with default WordPress theme and it’s not working there too. So the issue isn’t related to our theme.
Try to deactivate all 3rd-party plugins and check VC again as there may be incompatibility between some plugins.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
