Mobile drop down categories don’t work, shop filters as well and category page does not show up

I need help with quite a bit of things:
– First how do I select different images for each archive/category page?
– The drop downs in category menu for mobile doesn’t work and I do not know how to fix it.
– Filters on shop page also don’t work and I have no idea what’s wrong.
– And category page in the mobile menu also doesn’t work.

I have absolutely no idea why the drop down menu doesn’t work for mobile or how to fix it, or why the shop filters are also no showing up.. I need help here.

1/ Categories > Edit category > Custom page heading image for this category https://prnt.sc/zhxvjy2sH05H

2/ Please provide FTP access also.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

3/ We’ve checked the filters work fine. Could you please provide an example of the problem?

4/ Could you please record a video of the problem for a better understanding?
