    Hello
    1. I have added this element via appearance->menu. Please check you site.
    2. Please ask your host to enable ZIP Extension for PHP and retry to upload slider settings.
    3. Please navigate to the dasboard->blanco->Color-Scheme and upload backgroud image from “patterns” folder which comes with our theme package.
    4. You may visit woocommerce support for general questions – . Also we will be glad to answer any certain question abot shop adjustments in our theme.
    5.Please rename default.custom.css in wp-content/themes/blanco/ to custom.css via ftp or host panel.
    6. Please ask you host to enable php zip extension.
    7. Don’t hesitate to contact us in case any further assistance is needed.

    Regards,
    Brian Johnson

    Hi Sir,

    1) there is no Revolution_Slider.zip file on your download theme so i can’t upload into the revolution slider. Or can you upload it for me? i don’t have revolution_sliper.zip on me.

    2) If i rename default.custom.css in wp-content/themes/blanco/ to custom.css via ftp or host panel, i will have 2 custom.css on the theme. So should i just delete away default.custom.css?
    Or can you do the adjustment for me?

    Thank you

    Hello.

    You cannot import blanco-revolution-slider-sample.txt in Revslider because of php error message which means that hosting provider did not enable or include php zip extension. This extension is obligatory for Slider demo content to be loaded. Please ask your host to enable it.

    Hi Sir,

    just checking with out, i changed my logo font-style and it reflected on my desktop but the font-style doesn’t reflect on mobile phone when seeing it. And when i load the website using my phone, the home page loaded straight away in the middle instead of from top to bottom.

    Thank you

    Hello,

    As I see on desktop view the logo font is still “Georgia” despite your changes in custom.css (screenshot http://prntscr.com/8qdu4w ). Please read this article regarding the custom font installation https://www.8theme.com/blog/how-to-add-custom-fonts-in-wordpress-themes/

    3) When loading my website using mobile phone, the home page appear straight in the middle instead from the top.

    Sorry but this request is not quite clear, mobile version is loading without problems and there are no options in theme to change page loading direction.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi Sir,

    1) Please have a hard refresh, on my desktop showing font-style “Monotype Corsiva”.
    I changed custom.css and style.css to “Monotype Corsiva” but when using mobile it’s still appearing to be “Georgia”. Please advise.

    2) When using IPHONE safari, the loading direction appear straight in the middle instead it should appear from the top. Please fix it.

    Hello,

    1. I’ve installed the font: uploaded it to wp-content/themes/blanco directory and added this code in custom.css file:

    @font-face {
        font-family: Monotype Corsiva Regular;
        src: url(http://www.makiyolens.com/wp-content/themes/blanco/Monotype-Corsiva-Regular.ttf);
    }

    Now font is working fine. Clear browser cache and check.

    2. What exactly is loading in the middle?
    Are you talking about some product? How can we replicate the issue and what exactly we should see as now we can’t find any problems with the site loading on mobile.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Please clarify version of your phone and Safari browser.

    Best regards,
