My nav menu uses woocommerce product categories & the link name for each category is pulling the category title as well as the category description. I tried removing the description from the category however the description still appears on the menu.

While you are in there, please also look at the Advanced Carousel component on the home page just above the footer. I followed the set up instructional video but it is not displaying correctly.
    Thanks!

And I just noticed – when I have the Advanced Carousel component active on the home page, the Post Grid component no longer displays. What’s up with that?

    Hello,

You have description written in Appearance > Menus for your menu items:
    http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/15/0701/h_1435759607_8019676_a35b061203.png
    Delete it from there.

The issue with Advanced Carousel persists with default WordPress theme too.
We recommend you to update all required plugins to the latest versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . After that check that element.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Thanks for the prompt response. Everything is showing up properly now!

But I am still having issues with the site in general running VERY slow. Both the back-end admin panel & the front-end user side load at crawling paces.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.
