Hello,

1) Thanks for the screenshots. Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom css > Custom css for mobile:
```
.header-wrapper .header-logo {
    top: 9px !important;
}
```
you can change 9px to the desired value.
2) Please provide screenhots for better understanding.
3) Custom CSS for desktop:
```
.fixed-header .menu li a {
    padding-left: 9px;
    padding-right: 8px;
}
```
