How can I make the sign up form look like the theme’s custom newletter style?

Tried this but didn’t work: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/mail-chimp-form-custom-styles/

On the Shop page footer it looks fine which is what I want: http://prntscr.com/iycwq2

However on the Homepage footer it looks different which is not what i wanted: http://prntscr.com/iycx6g .

This is what I have entered on the form code on mailchimp for wordpress plugin:

Hello,

Provide me temporary Dashboard access to check what caused the issue on the home page. We can’t check the site without access because maintenance mode is enabled.
