    Hello,
I want to share with you a big concern about your theme. I have been using it for several years but every time I update it the site crashes.
Can you tell me what I have to do in order to fix this recurring update problem and not have to contact you for a simple update of your theme !!!!!!!!!

The graphics of the home page skipped (no logo, menu too large, no text under the products, etc.); if applicable all pages have the same type of crash.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

We were forced to fend for ourselves.
I do not congratulate you on your responsiveness.

Our site was down for more than 7 hours because of your lack of responsiveness.

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.

Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that.

It is recommended to create a backup of your files and database before starting any updates –
https://8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Theme_Update.html to be able to restore the site to the previous state if something goes wrong. Or you can create a staging site (full copy of the existing one) and do updates of the theme and plugins there first. If everything is ok then you’ll be able to update the production site.

As a rule, the update should not cause any issue on the site. We would recommend re-save Theme Options after the update and clear all cache.
Did you make changes in files of the theme?

Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

    Regards
