Issue With Product Page Customization in XStore Theme

Hello XStore Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am facing a couple of issues while editing my product pages, and I would really appreciate your help in resolving them as soon as possible.

Container Section Not Editable-
There is a container on the product page that is not editable from the product editor. Could you please guide me on where I can go to modify this section? I would like to customize it differently for each product.

Same Content Showing on All Product Pages-
I have added content such as Description, Ingredients, and How to Consume, but currently, the same content is appearing on all product pages.

I would like to know:

How can I set different content for each product page?
Is there a specific setting, template, or dynamic option I should use to make this content unique per product?

Please guide me step-by-step so I can fix this issue quickly with Elementor.

Hello 8Theme Team,

Thank you for your response.

However, the link you shared in the Private Content area is not working properly. When we try to open it, the page does not load correctly and appears in an incorrect language or broken format. (Pls Share In English)

Also, the video is not visible at all.

Could you please check the issue and resend the correct working link or ensure the video is properly added in the Private Content section?

We would appreciate your help in fixing this as soon as possible.

We checked the link provided in the Private Content area, but it shows the message: “The current link does not exist.”

Hello XStore Support Team,

Thank you for your previous response and for sharing the video regarding the container section. I was able to understand and resolve that part.

However, I am still facing an issue with the product page content, and I did not receive clarification on this in your last response.

The sections such as Description, Ingredients, and How to Consume are currently showing the same content across all product pages. Additionally, these sections do not appear to be directly editable from the individual product editor.

Even if I try editing them through another method, the changes are reflected on all product pages instead of just one. I would like to set different content for each product, but I am unable to find the correct way to do this.

I am attaching screenshots of two different product pages where you can clearly see that:

The same content is displayed on both pages
These sections are not individually editable per product

Could you please guide me on the correct method to:

Make these sections editable for each product individually
Ensure that content like Description, Ingredients, and How to Consume is unique for every product

It would be really helpful if you could explain this step-by-step, specifically for Elementor and XStore settings.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The tabs shown in your screenshot display the same content for different products because they were added for demonstration purposes. To have different content there, you will need to replace them with your own custom tabs.
Please clear cache and check the results now. We’ve added a video to the Private content area.

I checked the video you shared (https://gyazo.com/276975c230b501a792d303cabdaf4941), and I can see the option to add custom tabs there. This is exactly what I want.

I need the same tab structure as shown — specifically:

Description
Ingredients
How to Consume

However, my requirement is that I should be able to enter and manage the content for these tabs individually for each product.

Right now, when I try to edit them, the same content is getting applied to all products, which is not what I want.

I want these tabs to be created in such a way that:

The tab layout remains the same for all products
But the content inside each tab can be different for every product, editable from the product page itself

Could you please:

Fix this issue, or
Set this up correctly for one product so I can replicate it for others?

Please help me configure this properly.

Hi,

In our previous answer there was a link to a file sharing site where a longer video was uploaded https://file.kiwi/c19e9b08#aXEnV8BajuBm800LwH3lGQ where we clearly showed you that now the tabs contain the same content only because custom tabs with the same content were selected. If the changes are made according to the video we sent you, then you can have different content in the tabs. First of all, the video link you shared earlier is not opening and shows as expired. Could you please resend a new working link so I can review it properly?

Secondly, I would like to clarify my main concern again, as I may not have fully understood your previous explanation.

I need the same tab structure as shown on my product pages, specifically:

Description
Ingredients
How to Consume

My requirement is:

The tab layout/design should remain the same across all products
However, the content inside each tab should be different for every product
And I should be able to edit this content individually from each product’s settings

Currently, when I try to update the content for one product, the same content is being applied to all products. This is the main issue I am facing.

As I mentioned earlier, I can see the custom tab option in the product settings, and I am entering different content for each product, but it still reflects the same content across all products. I am unable to understand why this is happening.

I really like the current layout and design provided by your theme, and I would prefer not to use any third-party plugin, as it may affect the design consistency.

I kindly request you to please:

Fix this issue, or
Configure it correctly for one product so that I can replicate the same setup for other products

My requirement is simple:
Keep the tabs the same, but allow different content inside them for each product.

After reviewing your website, we confirmed that the tabs are configured to display dynamic content (https://gyazo.com/d0c95dbe6966d01782bb229fa4c36089) for each product, based on the content set in the backend. For example, when comparing the following products (links in private content), you will notice that they share the same description because identical content has been set in the product backend (https://gyazo.com/aa23934b7e718385c8c535a3e5ccc7c2). Once the content is modified, the difference becomes visible (https://gyazo.com/6bd1adccbb6f9c8c09b22a96f94b6647 vs https://gyazo.com/e8f3482bcf4210cd816da36c29e1bc9f).

To edit the content of your description tab, please open the product editor in the backend and open the Description tab: https://gyazo.com/3fc9ae5ab36b4e386ee08f1e2e665c56.

The “Single product custom tab” content is configured in the XStore layout settings within the product backend: https://gyazo.com/13f84bf088837ef1a76cf1ada9d209e0.

Hi Team,

Thank you for your response.

I believe there might be a small misunderstanding, so let me explain my requirement again clearly.

I want to achieve a tab/accordion structure similar to your demo, where there are three main sections: Description, Ingredients, and Additional Information. (These are demo, I want my own name of tabs)

Now, what I have done is:
In the Single Product Tabs settings, under the accordion option, I am using the “Custom Tabs” feature. From there, I have created three custom tabs and renamed them as:
Description (this is a short preview, not the full product description)
Ingredients
How to Consume

I want these three tabs to appear inside the accordion for each product, and the content inside them should be different for every product.

Below this section, I have a separate container where I want to show the full product description in detail. This full description should be completely separate from the tab content. (Which I will do My Self)

Currently, I tried editing:
Edit Single Product Tabs → Tabs → Tab Name → Custom Tabs → Title and Content

Using this method, I was able to set it up correctly for one product, and it is working perfectly as expected.

So my question is:
Is this the correct way to achieve this setup using Custom Tabs?

If yes, then why is the content not updating separately for each product in some cases?

I request you to please either:
Fix this for me, or
Configure it correctly for one product as per my requirement

Once I understand the correct method, I will replicate it for the remaining products myself.

You can rename your tabs as described in the official WooCommerce documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/#section-2. In our opinion, since you would like to have custom content for each product, you can use the ACF plugin (as previously described) together with the dynamic tags feature in Elementor: https://gyazo.com/a0dd482717c4c73aa51f47eee371889d.
