I can't install demo page - by celesy

Hi, I purchased this theme yesterday and tried to install a demo (specifically Interior one) but it didn’t work. I installed all plugins including woocommerce but it keeps saying ‘Failed to import shop_order_status cancelled Failed to import shop_order_status completed Failed to import shop_order_status failed Failed to import shop_order_status on-hold Failed to import shop_order_status pending Failed to import shop_order_status processing Failed to import shop_order_status refunded ‘

I tried manually too but still not showing but adding same menus every time I tried to install the demo. Now my site’s menu shows ‘Home, Home, Home, Blog, Blog, Blog…etc, etc, etc.’

I reset my DB so many times but still couldn’t install Interior demo to my site.
Please help me!

Did you tried install theme step by step like in our documentation?

Of course I did. Installing the regular demo-data was working but somehow Interior Demo design was not installed. I reset the DB and re installed wordpress and woocommerce many times but it is still not working.

I bought regenda theme too and it was perfectly working well. I didn’t change anything. (I don’t know even how to change things)

I just want to install the interior template and change the photos to build my website.
Please help me finish this as soon as possible.

Also updating the Master Slide WP plugin is not working. Could you please solve this problem too?

Thanks for your support!
What I meant was I could install the demo-data that you set up for me but I couldn’t set up on of your theme versions. (Second step in Import section)

I want to install Interior Store (https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?page_id=15184&et_styles=0-0-0-1-0-3) and need exact same layout for my website.
I clicked the button ‘install version’ and all of them never worked.
Could you please install Interior store version for my wordpress?

Hello,

This issue may be related to your server configuration. Please contact your hosting provider and check if file_get_contents() is enabled in the server configuration. If not, ask them to enable it.

Hi, thank you so much for your support.
I talked to my hosting provider about enabling the file_get_contents(). They said, the problem is my country’s (South Korea) Internet & Security Agency (KISA) forces hosting provider not allow to them enabling the file_get_contents() function due to a lot of phishing and fraud website issues.

Can I manually import the demo design like what I did in Legenda Theme? I love Royal theme a lot but now I can’t use it right now. Could you please provide those demo design files for me to manually import them?

I wrote my email address in a private contents area.
I look forward to hearing from you.
