I added a connection block to the mobile header and unable to remove

Hi, firstly, I can’t seem to remove on the Top Header the Connection block I added to the Mobile/tablet header? I tried clearing Cache, etc and its empty and only adding space at the top…

Secondly, I wish to add in the header 3 x USP as: Delivery; Award winning Produce; Reviews 4.56 can you suggest the best method?
