How to visualize a not showed video in mobile version website

Hello,

this is the onepage website that I was creating: http://www.schools-ceilidh.com/

Please note that the laptop version appear a video, but it’s not showed on mobile versión.

Why?
How to show it?

I have the problem with I phone 6 and Samsung core, it’s a little strange no?
In which mobile, are you visualising it?

How we can avoid the problem on our devices?

Also in the Google Developer tool for check mobile visualization the video doesn’t appear.

I supposed there is some bug in responsive version, if not why it’s not possible show a created laptop content?

have a a reminder of the mobile video display control, I need can visualize it also form mobile version, but at the moment it’s not possible.
